Laurie, at Homekeeping Heart is as sweet as the chocolate cakes she makes, and I hear she is really proficient at chicken dancing. I recommend her blog.

That is adorable! I'll have to snag that; cute, cute, cute!

I can't figure out how to snag it. I will have to work on it in a couple of days. I'm going out of this town, to another town. Celebrating Feast of Trumpets!

You should be able to right click it and "save as" like any image. If you want to e-mail me I will send it that way.

Wait, you mean Meadowlark is an expert, don't you? Especially since I spent Friday AND Saturday nights at the Oktoberfest dancing the chicken dance. WOOT WOOT!!!

:)

Thank you for the recommendation, Gentle Mac. I will avail myself of her blogly hospitality.

I can get the chicken on my side-bar but he won't dance.

Are you uploading to your blog? It might not support animated gifs. I use it by uploading to photobucket and linking from there.

When you open it on your computer, does it work?

Machinist said...

It's on your side bar as a png file rather than a gif. That's why it does not work. Did you save it as a gif?

Machinist said...

I can't get it to work on the side bar. Sorry.

I'll keep working on it! It's still cute even without animation.

I put another one up there. You can use them in your posts, anyway.

Stopped in to say hi! Having the blahs lately, not wanting to post anything. Hopefully, I'll get past this.

Ya know, it is pretty quiet around the blogosphere... my feed reader is almost empty most mornings. Weird.

Must be the economy I suppose.

Laurie!

Meadowlark!

How nice of you to stop by. There is plenty in the news to give us the blahs, and the bleches! I hope things are well with you and your family, Laurie.

You have had some good posts, Meadowlark. Your jam seemed well received and I found your instructions very informative. Thank you.

Hey Mac, thanks for checking in and leaving a comment. I hope all is well with you. Are you getting ready for Thanksgiving? I'm not sure if I will be doing much this year. I may change my mind as it gets closer, though.
