Hello, B.J.

Fair warning, I have a weakness for LOLcats.

Hi Mac - How are you? Hoping all is well with you and Alaina!

How good to see you, Laurie. Elena and I are well, thank you. We had a little excitement Wed. night with the storm but no harm.

I hope you and your family are OK. I stop by often to check but I expect you are busy this time of year. It is an honor to have you stop by.

Me, too. They are addicting.

Hello, Reforming Geek. What a pleasure! Isn't Laurie sweet?

You have been quite busy yourself of late. I look in, even when I don't comment.

Good morning Gentle Lady! I have Vienna fingers and Devils food cookies with chocolate coating.

Would you like coffee or coco with those?

Excuse me for not using "Ma'am"

I was harshly rebuked by B.J. this morning for using it on another site.
She also called me a Right wing hired gun. I must have thrown out those sweet sweet checks thinking they were junk mail. Pffffftttt!!

You are awesome! Thanks for sharing your brilliance at Bring it on!

Thank you for coming by, Steve. I'm afraid I have no brilliance to share, but Lisa said you were a good group of people and I think she was right. I hope you don't mind my jumping in.

Good morning, Mac. Any cookie will do, thank you. I'd say "any cookie in a storm", but I think you've had enough of storms lately!
I like your collection of friends here. Very nice, Sir. I always knew you were a social butterfly! Papillon!
My warm regards to Elena.

Be well, my gentle friend.

Iz ok, Mac. I'm not a wing of any kind but I haz guns. You may call me Ma'am.

I prefer to call you Gentle Lady, my very good friend. I know of none better.

I heard it was over a hundred yesterday and it is over 90 today. The rest of the storms seem to have shunned us.

thanks for the info on picture posting, I will look into it! I don't care for Ma'am either, makes a woman sound WAAAAAAY toooooo OLD!! And we are not! LOL!! Thanks, Happy Fathers Day to you! Sue

Sorry, Sue. No offense intended. I was raised to address all ladies from late teens up as "Ma'am" but of course I will happily abide by your wishes. Thank you for the courteous notification. I found B.J.'s rather rude and arrogant under the circumstances.

When you look at scanners be sure to look for photo quality. Some document scanners trade quality for speed and don't do justice to pictures. You don't have to get expensive. I had an Epson that cost four times as much and I am very happy with the Canon I got. There are so many things you can do with one of these when you have it. There are only two photos of my wife's mother from when she was young. Both were small oval locket size pictures that were badly damaged and stained. I scanned these in and was able to repair them to where I could print out 8"X10" Photo quality prints that the family could frame and present to her. If I can be of any help then please feel free to ask here or e-mail me.

Thank you, Lisa. An interesting site. I am having trouble finding any support for some of the alarming numbers he throws out, like $7.00 a gallon gas. I wish he had given the source or method. The Heritage Foundation article seems at odds and the video seems to be misusing some clips to deceive. If that's the case this kind of thing discredits us all. I'll look some more.

For the record, I love to be called "Supreme warrior jarhead princess". That shouldn't be a problem, should it. :)

Just checking on you. Peace out...

Hi Mac,
I'm still on the planet! Thanks for stopping by. I've pretty much quit my blog for now.

I hope all is well with you and 'Elena'! ;)

Take care!
