They just got the last permit from the city so they can get this inspected. They should pour in a couple of weeks, if not sooner. They started a house across from where we are staying right after we moved and it just looks ready to sell. It took three months from the time they started moving dirt. We are told four months and this sounds right.

Having the house laid out that way makes it clear how huge the yard area is. Elena was worried about how much there is to take care of but it was needed to go with the bigger garage.
Tell her she can have a cool riding mower now!
We did in fact discuss this today. I also told her I will mow the grass (though I will not tend plants! If she puts them in she must deal with them.)
